Games not appearing in Origin game library.

I have had base game Sims 4 downloaded on Origin for almost a year. I have added several other expansion, game, and stuff packs. Today I purchased Sims 4: Realm of Magic and now none of my purchased games are appearing in my game library on the Origins app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Origin app numerous times. I have restarted my computer (mac) several times. I have logged in and out of the app countless times. I can't seem to get my purchased games back in the Game Library. Please help I just want to play Realm of Magic.

@tori2797  If you want to update your OS, you could search for El Capitan in the store.  It should show up and be supported for any computer that's running Yosemite.

But it's not necessary to install a new OS if you'd rather keep your current one.  Just use a legacy version of Origin instead of the current one.  First, do a clean uninstall to remove all traces of the current version of Origin from your computer.  Here's how:

You can download the legacy version from here:

When installing, be sure to uncheck the box to automatically keep Origin and your games up to date, or else Origin will update itself to the current, nonworking version.

@tori2797  What version of macOS do you have?  If you're not sure, click on the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your screen and select About This Mac.

I have OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5

I have tried to see if a software update is available for my mac but when I go to software updates, it says I don't have any software updates.
