Game to my kid

Hi,

I downloaded Spore to my kid but I did not get a promo code but the game downloaded directly to my parent account. How do I get a code so that I can give it to him so that he can access the game from his account?

@panggalactic  You'll need to contact EA customer support and ask that someone manually transfer the game to your child's account.
