lost all weapons and progress in BFBC2. need to reinstate all

Any news about progress on fixing the problem? Have they discontinued bc2 without informing us? Why can't I rank up in-game?

can confirm. For those not in the know, this is an old issue although it seems much more widespread today.

I'm having a chat at the moment with one of their "advisors". This is what he told me:

"As I want to tell you that this is a known issue to us as many of our customers are facing this same issue right now."

" But you need not to worry as our specialist team is working really hard on it and it will be fixed very soon ."

So, soon, i guess :P

Same for everyone server-wide. Sparked a good conversation about how much we like the game but I'd really like my stuff back.

Same happened here , game was fine on 9/02/2015 but on 10/02/2015 all my stats had gone including all weapons and my rank dropped from 42 to 1 , it seems players have lost upwards of 300 hrs of gameplay rewards and probably any faith in future titles where the stats and ranks are stored in a similar manner , very disappointed is an understatement .
