We are seeing RECOVERY of the temporary problem which started on May 22nd at 8 am UTC, which was unintentionally impacting some users, causing them to see the message *"Games have been removed from your library" or *"You don't have access" error on the EA app more frequently than expected.

If you continue to experience the issue, please perform an EA app App Recovery (clear cache) by following the steps here, or reboot the client or machine.

OMGGGGGGG !!!!!! It's works now cover all i purchased DLC 22 Packs. Waiting since  9 am till 2 PM....  I bought all from Stream App .

i really felt down because some streamer in tiktok in my location said She buy direct to EA no problem only some bugs etc..  Not happen as like my case happened in today and some streamer in live said she bought all new DLC again in EA . Omg i will not repay for it again not make sense.
  
i hope every one here able to access The Sims 4 as normal cover all DLC you paid for it too.

Since the incident with "Games have been removed...." today my library counts games, but didn´t display or start them.

Already repaired the installation and cleared cache etc. etc.

Looks like the client can´t fetch the games from EA.
