Using Xbox 360 afterglow controller and vibration does not work

 I have xbox 360 controller for windows  and it works fine in the beginning then stops. What I figured out was the vibration stops working if you do FAST TRAVEL. I don't know why this happen, but it makes you have to restart the whole game. I wanna know how I can EA or Bioware knows about this problem.

 People, FAST TRAVEL was the Flawed part~!! Please let them know!
