Startup failure with discrete gpu, but it works with the integrated one

ok, i ingored the virus warning, deinstalled the old graphic driver, and installed the new one from http://www.mediafire.com/download/sl8bfrb2i11exay/ATI+Catalyst+12.11+B11+HotFix+11.03.7z

But it still not works for me...
