LOW FPS ON TITANFALL

Hello, today i install titanfall and on high or on lowest graphics setting ive got only 10-20fps! i´ve got intel core i5, 6gb ram, GeForce 610M... is it enough?

No way.  The 610 is poorer than an Intel IGP.  No good at all.

but why if i will click in video settings on recommend it will set most on medium and only shadows on low?

and why titanfall lags and bf4 is going on 40-50fps on full medium? or crysis 3 is going on low with 55fps?
