So a bunch of my friends have a monthly LAN, and a few of us recently convinced everyone there to add Titanfall to the LAN list. But when we tried to play it we had countless issues.
Basically what it boiled down to is that we could not get everyone together into a lobby. Lots of times it would just hang on the loading into lobby screen then drop us back to the main menu. Other times a few people would get in but it would fail on the find a game menu. The best error though needs an example - say we have Origin users Chris, Tom, and Bob. Chris creates a lobby and Bob and Tom try to join. After a bit in the loading screen, Tom sees the lobby, but Bob is still stuck loading (or gets kicked back to menu). BUT Chris and Tom doesn't see Chris and Tom in the lobby, they see Chris and Bob. So the servers think Bob got into the lobby, but the local computers think Tom got into the lobby, and assign him to Bob's profile. This eventually results in Tom getting kicked out due to an "Origin ID mismatch".
The final error definitely seems to imply that its an IP issue with all of us going through a switch into a router. But we have never had a problem in any other game, so it doesn't seem like its the switch's or routers fault (could be the ISP as well, but again no issues anywhere else). We could play solo matches, just not group matches.
