Sims Freeplay "Nanny Knows Best" quesf

My parent Sims won't pick up their baby. Since they won't pick up the infant, I did not complete the "Nanny Knows Best" Quest and cannot get passed it. Why won't they pick up their baby? And how can I get them to pick her up so I can complete the task and move on?

Recently two players post about this same issue. They were trying to pickup toddlers. Can you post a screenshot of your baby please.

Also I move your other post since it was a duplicate and the screenshot you post was of a blanket.
