After updating the sims freeplay, the game freezes every time I open it. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling, but it didn't fix the problem. Please help me.

Hi @limdim5566, sorry to hear that. What platform are you on? I would recommend to make sure you have enough space (at least 10% free) and that your system is up-to-date.

If you can also try with a different connection maybe? Let us know if the situation improves.
