Lost Disc

Hello, I lost my sims 3 disc but I still have the case and the code. I know that I re-register the game with the code and I know how to do that, however when I put the code in, it says that the code has already been used. I also know that's because I've already registered the game once before. My problem is that I can't remember the email I used when I first installed the sims on my computer. I know what my username was though. Is there anyway to login with my username? Or click forgot email? Everytime I hit the forgot password link, it takes me to Origin, which is no help to me since when I first installed the sims I didn't need an origin account; therefore, my email wouldn't be set up in Origin. Any help would be greatyly appreciated!!
