OK. So Everytime I click on "Install Packs" The Origin thing keeps coming up. It won't let me click play. What do I do?

@RobbieSims4  Did the game ever run? What packs are you trying to install? Is the game redeemed in Origin? You can't install new packs in an old install. If you are installing new packs you need to update the base game to Origin.
