Hi, what is going wrong here? Can you make sure that his account isn't restricted from playing the game?

His account is not restricted and we have been trying since Christmas!!!!!

@doggydo101 What's the error message? It sounds like the created account may have restrictions. If you create a new test account and matching Origin account is that account allowed to play?

There are no restrictions. It keeps saying you are not allowed to access online

Does the test account have the same restriction?
