"the license limit for this product has been reached" [ Edited ]

I recently had to do a hard reset on my laptop, and after that I re-downloaded sims 3 and all my expansion packs, and before I started playing I downloaded some cc. I went to play on it and got this message: "the license limit for this product has been reached" and I don't know why. please help! also, there is another message, it says "an error has occurred in the script on this page.

as for the script errors i get them too and can still play does not matter if i hit the yes or no the game plays fine
