where do i find my new product code, it's not in the confirmation email!!! Which is in chinese...

So far this company sucks, they are quick to take your maoney, then your on your own!

1- Click help with a game
2- Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
3- Select a topic for the best results.
4- If your topic isn’t listed, Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us
5- Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
6- Select live chat or call me to request a call back.

Make sure you have the phone near you if you selected call me and have the device you are having the issue on near you also.

to find the game code log into your origin account right click the game icon-show game details your code should be there if your still logged into origin log out close origin restart origin log back in to refresh/reload the game then right click the game icon-show game details make a note of your code have pen and paper handy
