my sims 3 game is apparently already registered

I am trying to register my sims 3 game and it is telling me its already registered but i'm using my original account.

For Origin

You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account from the desktop shortcut of origin the origin you download  with the email and password you use for your  account  my games tab right click the game icon download  If it's not there anymore, contact a game adviser

also please take note the layout of the games has changed in Origin so check that first  if your games are missing after that you must contact CS
