Won't let me play newly downloaded games I bought with simpoints

So I bought Lucky Palms, Hidden Springs, and Sunlit Tides with simpoints. I downloaded and installed all three of the worlds, but when I go to start a new game in that world or move my household there, it doesn't give me that option. I've tried re-downloading them but it doesn't seem to help.

Do they show up as installed on the launcher in the downloads / installed content tabs?
