Where's my serial number?

I downloaded The Sims 3 World Adventures, and I cannot install it because I can't find the serial number. 

I looked in the places it help told me to, and it is not there.

Please help!

It should be on the back of the World Adventures booklet (at the bottom of the page)

log into your origin account right click the game icon-show game details your code should be there if your still logged into origin log out log close origin then launch origin again log back in to refresh/reload the game then right click the game icon-show game details make a note of your code have pen and paper handy
