Where is my game?

In 2010 i bought The Sims 3 in the web shop so it would be easy to set up on my laptop.  Now 3 years later I want it on my new laptop so I thought i could just log on to my EA account and the game would still be there to download, but I can't find it! I thought when i bought the game online that it would be like any other game, you can install it more than once!  So my question is, isnt it possible to download the game more then once?
