Unable to login to Sims 3 Store

I have cleared my cookies and tried to use another browers.
I still can't login , any solution mileysad: ??

Does it give an error when you try to login? Or does it just stay there loading forever?

You should contact EA's customer support so that they can see if there's an issue with your account, also don't forget to mention that you already cleared your browsers cache and tried on another browser :   https://help.ea.com/contact-us

Scroll down the page to the bottom, on the right side choose your country, then scroll back up and fill in the steps, you'll be given ways to contact them for help: a message, live chat or phone number (depending on what country you're in).
