Trying to download Riverview, browser issue maybe?

I have gone to the Sims store website to get Riverview and clicked the "download" button and as soon as I do that, the browser page goes blank and nothing happens. I can't click "back," but when I click refresh it just brings the download page back up again and still, nothing happens. I use Chrome, and have tried downloading it from Internet explorer with the same issue. Any thoughts?

try clear the internet cache too and then switching to another browser IE if your using the IE that came with  your computer and haven't used it in along time  check if that one needs to updated or use firefox
