It's nothing to do with the game so will not make the game work. It is generating a report which you will then have to post on here for us to see and try and work out if the problem is your computer's specifications. Instructions on how to post the information on here is also in the link.

@laurencanham97 doing a dxdiag will not solve your issue. Uploading your dxdiag - as clearly stated in the instructions that Flora linked - will assist us in determining what the issue is and allow us to suggest possible solutions. 

Obviously, nothing is going to happen if you do not provide the dxdiag. If you do not understand the instructions - simply say so, there is no need to be ashamed.
