The Sims 3 - redeem code

I have redeemed my games before and my laptop were wiped, I now have no games on my laptop or origin but when I try to download them it wont let me as the code has already been used, is there anything i can do to get my games back?

go here and follow the instructions and live chat with someone they will give you a new code if you give them your old one and a few verifications that you are you.

Do you have Origin downloaded? https://www.origin.com/en-us/download

You open Origin at desktop and your games will be in your game history with your product codes. Origin and the sims 3 web sync together with same email and password
