I just bought the CD from the store.When i tried to enter the serial number,Origin told me that the Serial Number was already used from someone else.This is impossible because I made the transaction myself,and I used the code 1 hour after the purchase.Is there anything that can be done to fix my problem?

if the game was bought 2nd hand/used the code/s will be tied to the original persons account and are non transferable nor can they be reregistered to another account for ,newly bought games either from origin or from a shop/store even newly bought games can run into the used/invalid code issue and you may need to contact CS
