Sims three account mistake

I recently redeemed my Sims 3 game on the webpage specific to sims with an email adress that i don't use for my origin account. after doing so i realized that i accidently created a new origin account under my alternate email and now to play sims i have to log out and log in with that email address is there anyway i can undo this or link the two accounts so i dont have to change accounts to play different games?

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
