Sims 3 Installation error

So I am about 98% into my installation onto my new laptop.... and the disk keeps popping up two types of errors:

redundancy b/c of thumbnails?

and 'D:\Caches\Sunset Valley.objectCache
The device is not ready."

HOW CAN THIS BE FIXED?!

please help ASAP
