Sim Points

I am trying to buy the new world and it won't let me purchase  points.  It says the system is down and will be up in a few minutes.  I have been trying for 4 days - same message.  Have refreshed - have gone in different ways - no go - same message comes up.  HELP - if I don't get points and order it - I don't get it for the sale price - is this fair?  It will be the second time this has happened.  Pls reply ASAP.

first do not make the mistake of buying simpoints for roaring heights it is a simpoint bundle you buy which inculdes the world and( afasik there is not a sale price the deal to buy it is not an early bird special like the other ones thats the price )

clear your internet cache and try switching browsers if your on google chrome switch to IE 9 or 10 or firefox
