Registry Problems

Earlier today I registered, but had to update my game. When I came back online I tried to log into the account I created, but it said it didn't exist. I created a new one and now it won't let me register my game. When I go to origin to see if I can get to my old account, it stops loading, so I can't get on there. I have been messing with this all day and I just want a frickin' tattoo.
