Redemption Key Expired

I went to install my sister's game, which she bought today, and it says that the Redemption Key isn't valid. On the piece of paper that came in the disk case is says that the code expired March 1, 2014. I'm not sure where to go from here.

I'm guessing the redemption code you are referring to is for bonus dlc. This bonus content may no longer be offered after the expiration date (IDK). This issue needs to be addressed by an EA game consultant. You need to contact customer support. Here is a link - EA customer service
