Redeem a code

I recently purchased Roaring Heights, but when I followed the instructions to the Sims 3 webpage, the redeem a code page simply wouldn't open or load.  I cannot download the game at all.  Is this a fault in the webpage, or is there another way to download the game, which actually works?

@natalischwartz You should be able to redeem the code on the Sims 3 website now again.
