Redeemed the Sims3 code on Orgin a while ago but for some reason its not in my games folder and if I try to redeem it again, it says its been used. What should I do

log out and log back in. If you bought the game/pack thru Origin it should automatically be registered and you can not register it again. Are you trying to register a disc version? Once you register a game/pack you can not re enter the code.
