Purchased Dragon Valley Install code will not work on game launcher

Ok so I just bought the Dragon Valley pack maybe an hour ago and I did what it said on the paper and went on the sims 3 website to register the code and then installed it. but on the game launcher the code wont work. And the disk isn't showing up as and installed game. I have retied it many times.

I logged in and it still isn't showing up as a new world or new content.

I cant uninstall and reinstall because I don't have the cases for the games anymore just the disks.

Please help....

DV is a world and has to be downloaded thru the store. If you bought the disc version I believe it just autmates the process. Go to the store and use the code (redeem) on the DV store page. The code may or may not work as the code can only be used once. The DV will appear in your purchase history where you can download it. When you click download the game launcher should open and the world should download. You can then install it.
