Origin won't understand...

I have already downloaded the Sims 3 on my old laptop. That laptop had a drive. But now I have a new laptop, without a disc drive. I tried to redeem my code on Origin but it said the code was already in use...I know it is, but that person using it is me...........how can I fix this?

You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account from the desktop shortcut of origin the origin you download  with the email and password you use for your  account  my games tab right click the game icon download  If it's not there anymore, contact a game adviser
