I bought Sims 3 supernatural and wasn't given a code... Also the game is not appearing on the my games section of origin. I don't know what to do and do not want to have wasted my money. Please help!

If you still do not see your game, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone, chat or email as contact option.
