No idea where the code is for new games?

Ive downloaded and payed through origin for both sims 3 uni and sims 3 showtime. now its asking to install after downloading  and is asking for the serial code wich is usually in the infomation icon on origin or in the confirmation email and its not in either? any idea?

log into your origin account right click the game icon-show game details your code should be there if your still logged into origin log out close origin restart origin log back in to refresh/reload the game then right click the game icon-show game details make a note of your code have pen and paper handy
