[ISSUE] I can't install my The Sims 3 - Dragon Valley

I just bought the world pack, but I can't install it, no matter what I try.

I do everything right ( and I could even get the bonus objects), but when the laucher asks for my serial code and I put, it just says that it's not the right one. I already tried to put the two serial codes that came at my game box, but is useless.

I hope to get some solution for this problem, I saw a lot of people complaining about the same thing and I wanted to know if you can give me an affective solution. I payed for the game and now I can't even play it? I do love TS, but I'm really upset right now.

the codes are redeemed in the sims 3 account once redeemed then download from your purchase history on the sims 3 account an install if you redeemed the code in origin that can make the codes invalid you'll need to contact CS if that happened

try redeem the codes in your the sims 3 account instead
