I have just purchased The Sims 3, installed it put in the code as requested, tried to play the game - then it opened Origins and it asked for the code again! After putting it in again it comes up with the message Code has already been used!
I then tried to phone EA and was on hold for 30+ mins...... NOT HAPPY
Please can someone help?

if you do need to contact CS there is a live chat option too

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

btw - 30+ minutes is a normal wait time.
