I payed for a code that has apparently already been used [ Edited ]

Hi, I bought the sims 3 dragon valley expansion pack on Origin and got a code (which could only work on www.thesims3.com). I wrote it down in the "redeem a code" section on the sims website, but the loading thing froze and i had to refresh the page. And now it says that the code has already been used but i don't have the actual game ! So I'm a bit angry because i feel like i paid for nothing... I tried to contact EA games but it's not working, what should i do ?

@FreyOakenshield Did you log out and log back in to refresh the user data? Does DV appear in thesims3.com purchase history?

I tried it and it's still not working... It's in my purchase history on Origin but it's nowhere to be found on thesims3.com...

@piercedfreyja If you go into Origin - login - click my game library - right click the TS3 game icon - click show game details - scroll down and click extra details - does the pack show as owned?
