I can't log in on the launcher

So I bought a new thing from the store, but when I went to download it it made me log in, I did, and it denied me. I have reset my password TWICE and it still wont work, HELP!

@quxxrquxnn  Is your computer a pc or mac? If your computer is a pc have you tried clearing the browsing history in IE. It has to be IE as the site uses the cookie stored in IE. Clearing the browsing history in IE will reset the cookies.
