I am unable to see sim moves

On the Sims3 web site I am unable to see the "pictures" that are in the movies, but I can see the writing.  Is there a special app that I need to download, or brouser settings which need to be changed?

you should have java, adobe flash player, and the sims web likes Firefox or IE for internet browser
