Having a problem with my IP codes...

When trying to redeem my Carnival Costumes, I entered the proper code, but received another copy of the cast away bonus pack. Also, when trying to download my registration rewards, I was told that my game registration code was invalid. It's not showing up as registered in my profile on the Sims website either.

I STILL have not receied the bonus items (Barnacle Bay and Survival Pack), nor have I received an email about them.  When are these items being released?  And yes, I checked my spam folder.
