Getting simpoints back

Can I get my points back from sunlit tides?  I didn't like it and uninstalled it.

i don't think so even though you uninstalled it , it is still in your the sims 3 purchase history to download and it is also store item/DLC content

there is no way they can take the item from your the sims 3 account
