I had formally dowloaded the Sims 3 Late Night EP to another computer through Origin. The expansion is not showing up in my library. I cannot figure out how to download the game onto my Origin account from the computer. I have the registration code I used and tried to download it onto my origin account on my new computer the code is apparently invalid now. I can't find my disk. What do I do?

Hmmm... that one is tricky...
1. Have you typed the code correctly?
2. do you use the same origin account on any other computer?
3. You might have typed in the wrong code
4. Captials DO matter.

try the redeem code option in you rorign account log into the orign account from the orign desktop icon my games tab clcik on the orign for a drop down menu-redeem product code other than that if your still having issues with your code as i said/posted earlier you'll need to contact CS as we helpers cannont and donot have access to accounts ONLY CS reps can assist with account/code issues
