Downloading from The Exchange

When I try to download ("Add to Game") anything from the exchange it is not showing up in downloads when I launch the game. I am logged in my account on the welcome page.

Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Sometimes running the launcher at the same time helps

If it is updated, could you please post the info from here if there is any: documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log
