Download error

I have problem downloading the newly purchased The Sims 3 game.

The error reads "An unexpected error has occurred. Please log out and log back in to resume your download. If you continued to experience issues while downloading, please contact customer support."

I have tried to log out and back in, I have even re-start my PC, however, its doesn't work. Please help.
