Cash Card Wont Work!!!! [ Edited ]

Okay, so I got a $20 cash card for Christmas and I JUST scratched off the code, and it says it's already been used. Plus, I don't know which numbersto enter, there are 5 different numbers on the card!!!!!!! How do I do this?!
