I accidentally preordered a pc download instead of a physical disc copy of the upcoming Sims 3 University Life, and I am desperately trying to cancel the order. Every solution I search for says to go on live chat with an advisor so they can help you through the process, which I have done...but the message chat window has said my approximate waiting time is 5-10 minutes - for the past 45 minutes. This is infuriating and I really need to sort this out ASAP. EA/Origin this customer service is appalling, please make a conscious effort to sort out an issue like this quickly. Don't say an advisor will be available in 5-10 minutes when it's been so much longer than that.
