Can't access purchased download

I purchased the direct download for this game on origin.com, but am not able to locate it so I can download it. Everything I've read says to click on the 'my games' tab, but I don't have that option anywhere. I know the purchase went through because it's in my purchase history and showing up on my bank account already. PLEASE HELP

My guess is that you are trying to download the game from the www.origin.com website.

What you have to do instead is downloading the Origin client here:

http://www.origin.com/download

After you have installed and opened your Origin client you will find your EA games there. It should look like this:

Of course you will only see the icons of the games you own. This is a detail of my personal Origin client. (Yes, I own many games. mileywink: )
