Buying Simpoints with credit card

It is regular bad form on the company's part if they are regularly releasing items that people are unable to buy because the payment area is barely functional. Why does the page just reset after you click the "order" button? Also, the site apparently charges a fee on the card each time the customer tries to purchase the points AGAIN due to the sites almost complete ineptitude. So this fee goes through perfectly well, but the customer doesn't get what they want? What wonderful programming. :catmad:
