Buying Sim Points

I have tried severl times to buy more sim points but it will not except my pass word or let me reset it. I can get on to origin and log on but at the purchuse sim point stage it starts to mess with me. I am about to give up getting any more store items and this has been going on for several weeks. I gernerally just give up rather then try to get ahold fof you but if this is happening to others then a great diserves is being don to all. How much might I have spent if I could hove gotten on.
